RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for items from our DREAMS line, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For all other products in our boutique, we offer a 15-day return policy, except for skincare, personal hygiene items, and underwear.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Skincare Products

For skincare products, including those from Skincare for WEIRDOS:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt

  • Only unopened and unused products are eligible


Non-returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Underwear

  • Personal hygiene products


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • Along with instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

If an item is confirmed to be defective:

  • Our SUCCESS and DREAMS lines allow returns within 15 days

  • A store credit may be issued instead of a refund

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order


Klarna Purchases

All items purchased using Klarna must be returned to:

Conditions:

  • Free return shipping

  • Full refund within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unopened and unused (for sanitary reasons)


Pre-Orders / Custom Orders

For pre-orders or custom items (such as those in the DREAMS line):

  • Preparation time: under 20 days

  • Average delivery time: under 7 days

TryFit – Try Before You Buy

  • Select “Try Before You Buy” to add items to your cart

  • No upfront payment is required

  • Your card will be authorized for the full amount

An authorization is a temporary hold to ensure funds are available (similar to hotels or subscription services).


Trial Period

  • Begins once your order is delivered

  • Lasts 7 days

After the trial:

  • Keep the item(s) → your card is charged

  • Return the item(s) → you are not charged
