Canada Post is IMRAMA Canada's shipping partner, but we also work with UPS and Purolator depending of the region, we do our best to delivering to customers in an efficient and timely manner. We pride ourselves on the premium quality of our services. When you shop with us, you can rest assured that your order is in good hands! Please note that, in order to speed up delivery times, your order may arrive in several packages. Each item is sent as soon as it's available.
Shipping Costs
At the moment we are shipping to customers in Canada ONLY (excluding YK, NT, NU), on Canada Post Expedited shipping only.
- Standard: 2-5 Business days. Fee determined by Canada Post can vary. normally oscillates from $10 to $ 25
- Standard (YK, NT, NU): 6-10 Business days. Fee determined by Canada Post can vary. normally oscillates from $17.24 to $25
Please note that we offer free shipping for the purchase of gift cards.
Orders higher than $275 (no taxes included) can enjoy free shipping.
Processing Times
All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1 pm EST will be processed the same day and delivered within 2-10 business days once your payment has been successfully authorized. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping restrictions
We do not ship outside of Canada for now. You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
At this time, we are unable to offer in-store pick-up for online purchases or the option to reserve items at your closest store. Thank you for your understanding
